This project shall include but not limited to the following: all permits, labor, equipment, tools and services to remove existing chiller and replace with new chiller equal to or exceeds (due to current law, ordinance, code, regulation, or manufacturer standards) the current McQuay Chiller - Disconnect remove and dispose of existing McQuay Chiller - Provide and install new Chiller - Reconnect chilled water piping - Re-insulate with foam glass and aluminum jacket - All Controls and interlocks, must communicate with current control system - Include all Electrical, piping water and gas - Any additional pumps, piping or electrical need to complete installation. - Crane and Rigging CURRENT CHILLER - McQuay Air Cooled Water Chiller Unit Serial # STNU110600273 Model # AWS210ADPEVNN-ERIO R134A 460/60/3 MIN AMPS 430 MAX AMPS 500 NOTES - Scheduling a site visit is not required, but the library opens at 10:00 A.M. - Bidder is not required to have a city license before submitting if state-certified. - The cost for a "Use of Streets" permit is $26.25 per vehicle per year. - The City of Pensacola is sales tax exempt.
