Original Set Aside: Historically Underutilized Business (HUBZone) Set-Aside (FAR 19.13) PROJECT INFORMATION: The proposed project consists of repairing the existing south breakwater in order to maintain safe passage for vessels entering and exiting the harbor. Repair work will consist of placement of new armor stone and resetting existing armor stone as needed.
