| Description | The Project scope is to demolish and remove the existing buildings for the Park City Art & Culture District, at the 5.25-acre site at the Bonanza Park neighborhood. There are a total of seven (7) buildings, i.e., a gas station, five 2-story buildings, and one 1 story commercial complex. The gas station mitigation was completed by the former owner of the gas station. The testing for hazardous materials in the buildings has been completed, and the results show no sign of any hazardous materials. |
