Construction Management at Risk Services for Site 47-E-W-4 and Site 97-E-SE-2 Elementary School Relief Project

LDB participation Goal - 10% VBE goal - 3% A new multi-story elementary school prototype adapted for use at two new school campuses, each on an approximately 13 - 15 acre site and providing approximately 837 student stations for Pre-Kindergarten - 5th grade educational programs. Facilities and site amenities meeting Owner design guideline and program requirements, as said requirements may be modified through the design process. Site improvements, including but not limited to grading, drainage, retaining walls, underground utilities, storm water retention, etc. required in support of the new facilities. Off-site improvements which may include but are not limited to an adjacent frontage roadways, turn lanes, driveways and underground utilities

Division 06 -	Wood, Plastics, and Composites, Rough Carpentry, Finish Carpentry.
Division 07 -	Thermal and Moisture Protection, Dampproofing and Waterproofing, Thermal Protection.
Division 08 -	Openings, Doors and Frames, Windows.
Division 09 -	Finishes, Plaster and Gypsum Board, Ceilings, Flooring, Painting and Coating.
Division 21 -	Fire Suppression.
Division 22 -	Plumbing.
Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
