This project involves approximately 64 parcels. The early assessment has been completed by INDOT. INDOT will provide closing services for this project The selected consultant?s fee proposal shall be due 45 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item. The services will be all of those under Real Estate Appendix A. Please refer to the Supporting Documents for additional information. |
