Description

Remodel of the north wing of the 3rd floor of the existing Science and Industry Building at the Salt Lake Community College, Redwood Campus in Taylorsville. Remodel includes resizing lab spaces to accommodate five teaching labs and two storage/research/prep areas. Construction will be phased to allow occupancy of the Organismal Biology lab, the Anatomy Lab and one Storage/Research/Prep area to be operational in Phase 1 construction. In Phase 2 the Microbiology Lab (2) 1615 Labs, the Physiology Lab and one Storage/Research/Prep will be occupied while the 3 remaining spaces are complete. Corridor and access to egress stairs shall remain accessible throughout construction. Project Location: Science and Industry Building, 3rd Floor Laboratory Remodel, located on the Taylorsville - Redwood Campus of Salt Lake Community College, Salt Lake City, Utah 84123.
