The work for which Bids are invited consists of the furnishing of all materials and labor for the installation of a trash trap and a sludge holding tank The right is reserved by the Council of Village of Mifflin to reject any and all Bids, to waive informalities or to accept any Bid which is deemed favorable to the Village of Mifflin All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing. Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda mailed or delivered to all parties recorded by Engineer as having received the Bidding Documents. Questions received less than ten days prior to the date for opening ofBids may not be answered
