The City of Foley is soliciting bids to construct an elevated ADA accessible boardwalk approximately 6’ in width and 1,250’ in length with an 18’ x 18’ landing as an expansion of the Memorial Tree Trail at Graham Creek Preserve located at 23030 Wolf Bay Drive. This is a federal grant project funded in part by the USDOT, Federal Highway Administration, project number (20-RT-54-03).
