The Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) herein issuance solicitation 15BFA023B00000013 for the award of a firm-fixed-price construction contract for a project entitled Install Fixed Emergency Generators at the Federal Prison Camp (FPC) Bryan, located in Bryan, TX. Question Deadline 07/25/2023 at 10:00 AM CT Any questions relating to the solicitation after the closing of the pre-bid conference/site visit shall be sent in WORD FORMAT to Patrick Ford, Contracting Officer, via email at pford@bop.gov Federal Prison Camp (FPC) Bryan is a federal owned facility located at 1100 Ursuline, Bryan TX 77803. The project consists of the following: The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment for the Install Fixed Emergency Generators at FCI Bryan. The project includes the installation of a total of four (4) natural gas generator systems to include associated concrete, metal fabrication, electrical power conductors, grounding/bonding, raceways/boxes, generators, and transfer switches. Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204, the estimated magnitude of the project lies between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. It merely conveys that the estimate/budget lies somewhere within that range). The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this requirement is 238210 with a corresponding small business size standard of $19 Million.
