Air Show Fencing

The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supervision, and manpower to install 6500 linear feet of bicycle fencing (4 ft high) lined with (preferably green but other colors are acceptable) snow/Foreign Object/Debris (FOD) fencing extending from the ground up and secured with zip ties to prevent FOD from reaching the airfield. This contract will provide for the delivery, set up, and tear down of the bicycle fencing, to include securing the snow fencing to the bicycle fencing for FOD prevention. The New Hampshire Air National Guard seeks to rent fencing as follows: CLIN 0001: Secured Snow Fencing (QTY= 5677 Linear Feet) The contractor shall provide 5677 linear feet of snow fencing as described in the performance Work Statement (PWS). Fencing must be green in color. CLIN 0002: Bicycle Fencing (QTY= 5677 Linear Feet) The contractor shall provide at least 5677 linear feet metal bicycle fencing as described in the PWS. The bicycle fencing shall be used to secure the snow fencing described in CLIN 0001.
