Description | Satsop Cloquallum Road MP 5.20 Comfort Creek Culvert Replacement (Materials Only) SEALED BIDS, will be received for the Satsop Cloquallum Road MP 5.20 Comfort Creek Culvert Replacement (Materials Only). Sealed Bids received after the specified opening time will not be accepted. Firm price is solicited for an aluminum structural plate pipe arch, listed below. Mason County will accept no additional charges including, but not limited to freight, fuel surcharges and other charges. Purchase will be made for the aluminum structural plate described in the bid specifications and special provisions. Payment for purchase will be made according to State Statute, in the month following the delivery of the material, providing a properly detailed invoice has been furnished. It is the sole responsibility of the Bidder to obtain Addenda, if any. Addenda information will be available on Builders Exchange Washington. Mason County accepts no responsibility or liability and will provide no accommodation to bidders who fail to check for addenda and thereby submit inadequate or incomplete responses. The (Local Agency) in accordance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 78 Stat. 252, 42 U.S.C. 2000d to 2000d-4 and Title 49, Code of Federal Regulations, Department of Transportation, Subtitle A, Office of the Secretary, Part 21, nondiscrimination in federally assisted programs of the Department of Transportation issued pursuant to such Act, hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively insure that in any contract entered into pursuant to this advertisement, disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, or national origin in consideration for an award.
