| Description | 1. The City of Palm Bay is seeking a qualified contractor to paint all fire hydrants (hydrants) within the City's boundaries and the distribution area of the City. 2. The contractor shall provide all labor, equipment and materials to sandblast and paint the hydrants. 3. There are approximately 2900 hydrants in the City. The Contractor shall sandblast and paint hydrants equal to the amount of budgeted funding. This is estimated to be 600 hydrants on an annual basis, over a five-year period. | ||
