Description | Furnish and install new 24 gauge Standing Seam metal roof system on building #3040, to include “eyebrow” structures around building. Remove and dispose of all existing shingles and underlayment, flashings and valley flashing to expose decking to allow for examination. There is a hump in the roof on the East side that needs to be corrected. Remove existing 1x6 fascia and replace with 2x6 wood pressure treated material, straightening and leveling the edge of the eve during installation. Re-nail existing decking to meet current code as needed. Replace any damaged decking and repair any trusses as needed prior to installation of underlayment. Provide and install new 5/8” CDX plywood over existing decking. Furnish and install new eve drip to match Sierra Tan color of new roof. Underlayment shall be Grace Ice and Water Shield or equivalent. Approved vendors for metal roof system are Gulf Coast Supply – Gulf Seam hidden screw metal roof system, or Berridge Manufacturing Co – Cee-Lock. Finish to be Kynar 500 with Sierra Tan color, 16 ½” panel with striation. |
