Consultant services to develop a detailed plan for the Trumbull Center Corridor. The Offices of Economic and Community Development, Planning and Zoning and Engineering, shall interview and retain the consultant or consultant team. Consulting services to develop a detailed plan for the Trumbull Center Area: White Plains Road from Tait Road to Reservoir Avenue. This corridor runs about approximately 1,680 feet, located south of Trumbull Town Hall. The Town of Trumbull requests a concept that addresses a long-term vision, traffic flow, aesthetics, demarcation of the area, and other land use considerations for this gateway. The goal of the plan will be to recommend a set of prioritized recommendations and concepts to improve the area in terms of business vitality, multimodal transportation, and quality of life.
