A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The City of Deerfield Beach is actively seeking proposals from qualified Offerors for the Oveta McKeithen Park Playground to Design, Furnish, and Install playground equipment. The project consists of improvements, which include: The design should be inclusive and not just accessible. Additionally, the vendor will work with the Park Director on equipment selection to accomplish the community's desire to include historical elements of Deerfield Beach. Installation includes shade structures, playground equipment, artificial turf which meets all ASTM and Certified Playground Safety Standards, and all materials necessary to complete the playground project.
