Description

MassDOT prequalification of contractors with the class of work as, Crack Sealing, for the project with an estimated value of $50,000 will be required. Wage rates are subject to M.G.L., Ch. 149, S 26-260 inclusive, along with a minority employee percentage rate of not less than 5%. Bids should be sealed and clearly marked in the lower left hand corner with the number of the specific items bid on listed. The Town of Douglas reserves the right to reject any and all bids in the best interest of the Town.
