Duck Avenue Supportive Housing Development

The project scope includes the phased new construction of two buildings with 15 units each and the renovation of 1620 Truesdale Court and then the new construction of two buildings with a total of 71 units and a parking garage at 1615 1616, 1617, 1618 and 1620 Truesdale Court and 3401 Duck Avenue. Scope details have not been released. As of July 20, 2023 the project is in design stage and seeking development plan and conditional use from the City of Key West. The Development Review Committee discussed the project on June 22, 2023. The architect has been chosen. Information regarding the general contractor and method of selection has not been disclosed.
