Rural Lorain County Water Authority waterline will be relocated, railroad coordination with CSX is part of the project For Improving Various Sections in Grafton Township, Within Lorain County, Ohio, in Accordance With Plans and Specifications by Reconstructing the Intersections of State Routes 83/57 and 303 by Building 2 Roundabouts to Improve Traffic Flow and Traffic Safety in the Area, Including All Related Items of Work. Project Includes a Large Amount of Drainage and Decorative Concrete Flat Work, Concrete Curb Placement, Full Depth Asphalt Concrete Paving, Some Lighting/electrical Work, and Some Water Line Replacement.
