Metal building - 36x40x10 metal building to include a 15 x 36 metal awning on the front, all steel frame, 26g R panel and trim. Storage units - 4 ea. 10x12 storage rooms with 6x7 metal roll up doors, 1 960 square foot conditioned storage area with a 10x8 garage door and a 36 inch walk in door. Foundation - 4000 PSI concrete for building, No. 3 rebar each way tied 18 inches on center. Perimeter beam 18 inches wide by 24 inches deep with 2 pieces No. 4 rebar top and bottom with No. 2 steel stirrups every 24 inches. 6 mil moisture barrier. Flatwork - 4000 PSI concrete, No. 3 rebar each way tied 18 inches on center. Electrical- Install 200 amp service with lighting circuits, electrical outlets for each unit and 240 v service for HVAC in the 960 square foot storage. HVAC - 24,000 BTU heat and 2 ton cooling system, exposed hard duct. Installed in the 960 square foot storage area. Insulation - Minimum 1 inch closed cell spray foam insulation in walls and roof of the 960 square foot storage area.
