Description

The county executive office/county procurement is soliciting bids from bidders interested in entering into five year regional cooperative agreement (rca) to be utilize countywide for emergency or disaster recovery modular building, portable storage, and relocatable walkways. All questions pertaining to this invitation for bid (ifb) must be submitted through periscope holdings . Any county response relevant to this ifb other than through or approved by county executive office/county procurement office is unauthorized and will be considered invalid. Bidders must fill out the attached bidders certification, company profile and references forms and submit with bid to be deemed responsive. Bidders are advised to carefully read the county terms and conditions, insurance requirements, and the model contract including attachment a (scope of work) and attachment b (pricing and compensation), prior to submitting a bid. Awarded bidder must provide all insurance requirements within seven (7) days of recommendation of award, but prior to official contract award. Bidder will be required to sign a contract upon award. If bidder is a corporation, signatures will be provided in accordance with the corporations code. All questions for this solicitation must be submitted via periscope holdings . It is the vendor's responsibility to check back frequently for any addenda or other information. Contractor shall provide pricing based on a discount from a price list or catalog, or fixed price, or a combination of both with indefinite quantities. Prices listed will be used to establish the extent of an offerors product lines, services, warranties, etc. That are available and the pricing per item. Multiple percentage discounts are acceptable if, where different percentage discounts apply, they different percentages are specified. Additional pricing and/or discounts may be included. Products and services proposed are to be priced separately with all ineligible items identified. Offerors may elect to limit their proposals to any category or categories. At a minimum, the contractor should hold the proposed price list firm for the first 12 months after the contract award. Contract duration: 5 years Question Deadline 01/10/2023 at 5:00 PM PT
