Redding Flooring Replacement

Veterans Home of California - Redding requires floor replacement throughout their Facility. Deadline for Questions Date: August 30, 2023 Contractor will be required to furnish in duplicate the Performance Bond and Payment Bond required by the State Contract Act, each in the amount of 100 percent of the Contract amount as set forth in Paragraph 11.3 of Document 00 72 00, General Conditions of the Contract for Construction. All bids shall be accompanied by the following forms of bidders security Bidders Bond, cashiers check, certified check or cash. Bidders Bond shall be executed by an admitted surety insurer, authorized to issue surety bonds in the State of California. Bond and checks shall be made payable to the director of the California Department of Veterans Affairs. The security shall be in an amount equal to at least 10 percent of the amount bid. A bid shall not be considered responsive unless one of the forms of bidders security is enclosed with it. If Bidders security is a Bidders Bond, it must be executed on the form attached to the Bid Form.
