| Description | The estimated contract value is $90,000 for a one (1) year contract. All bids are subject to applicable bidding laws including, but not limited to M.G.L. c.149 and applicable federal procurement laws. All bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the value of the total bid. Bid deposit shall be in the form of a bid bond, Treasurer's check or Cashier's check issued by a responsible bank or trust company. Said deposit is to be the property of the Chelmsford Housing Authority, if the bidder fails to execute the contract after he has been officially notified that the contract has been awarded to him. The Chelmsford Housing Authority reserves the right to award and/or reject any or all proposals or to cancel this Invitation to Bid, if it is in best interest of the Housing Authority to do so. |
