Description | ** As of November 18, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** For the removal and replacement of fuel station controls at three (3) will county department of transportation fueling stations: lockport, joliet, and monee locations The county of will reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or proposals received. Contractor shall include all labor, materials, tools, equipment, safety gear, and qualified supervision necessary for removal and replacement of existing fueling station controls at the following locations: 1240 Caton Farm Road, Lockport, IL 60441 16841 W. Laraway Road, Joliet, IL 60433 25930 S. Egyptian Trail, Monee, IL 60449 Removal and replacement of fuel station controls at all three locations must be scheduled to minimize disruptions to daily fueling operations. New fuel station controls must be operational on the date of initial installation. Not more than one fueling station can be removed from service at a time. 1.2 Contractor is responsible for removal and legal disposal of existing fuel station controls. New controls must be compatible with existing power configurations: 115 VAC/230VAC 50/60Hz 200 watts maximum. 1.3 New fuel station controls must include an operating temperature range of -40 degrees F to 120 degrees F. Color graphics display must be user-friendly, at least 7" in size and also function within this temperature range. 1.4 Cabinets and pedestals for fuel station controls must consist of powder-coated aluminum components to prevent deterioration from environmental conditions.
