| Description | The commercial painting services for both exterior and interior projects from qualified commercial painting contractors in order to meet the painting requirements for the County of Lexington for various projects, to include unanticipated emergencies. The County will retain qualified commercial painting contractors to enhance the County’s ability to provide the necessary painting services. Commercial Painting Services Exterior/Interior painting services; Caulking, sealing as necessary; Pressure washing; Evaluation of areas to determine types of paints, primers and other materials required; Management of the painting projects; and Quality assurance and inspection reporting. |
