95th Street Library Parking Lot Mill and Overlay Services

Milling of bituminous concrete surface to a depth of 4 inches, including removal of planed materials, fine grade and compact existing gravel base after electrical contractor trenches and install new conduit below grade, installation of 4 inches of bituminous concrete in 2 courses: 2 ½ inches of binder and 1 ½ inches of surface course, roll and compact to uniform appearance and 95% compaction, striping of approximately 283 parking spaces, 7 handicapped spaces and 3 stop bars. Project to be performed in September, preferably completion in the first half of September 2020. This parking lot project will be performed in coordination with a separate electrical project focused on excavating and removing below grade conduit and wiring and installing new conduit and wiring for parking lot light poles.
