| Description | The work consists of design-build services to remove and replace the existing asphalt shingle roofing systems at Dormitory Buildings F and G, totaling approximately 50,000 square feet. The asphalt shingle roofing systems have reached the end of their useful life and replacement is necessary. The work involves removal and disposal of the existing roofing systems down to the sheathing, replacement of damaged and/or deteriorated roof sheathing, installation of new asphalt shingle roofing systems complete with architectural grade (40 year) asphalt shingles, new drip edge, new flashings and counter-flashing, and roof ventilation improvements |
