HVAC Unit at City Hall

Renovation of a municipal facility in Byrnes Mill, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility. As of 5/9/2022, this project has not yet been awarded. Timeline for award has not be established. The scope of work will include removing the existing 20-ton VAV unit and all controls in a manner which allows the unit to be offered for resale, ductwork may be discarded. The replacement HVAC will consist of three (3) independent, properly sized RTU's with ductwork, supplies, returns, and Wi-Fi thermostats included. Any exposed ductwork within the finished office space will be framed in steel studs and drywall taped and painted. Bid to include all electrical and concrete pads as needed. All trash to be hauled away.
