Phase 1 (DCSB Parking Lot) Project

Provide labor, materials, equipment and construction services in connection with the development of Phase 1 (DCSB Parking Lot) of the District’s capital improvement plan. The land within the District is being developed into a 32-acre mixed-use development, which is intended to revitalize the “South Bank” area along the St. John’s River in the City of Jacksonville. The Projects (defined herein) will deliver public infrastructure for the mixed-use development and are intended to include roadways, parking facilities, utilities, earthwork and environmental improvements, stormwater management improvements, bulkhead improvements, landscaping, signage, lighting, and other similar infrastructure.
