Procurement Program Participation Goals DBE Participation (%) 5.0 This project, located in Carroll and Frederick Counties, is for the rehabilitation of the existing concrete pavement at three sites by the use of concrete patching. The first site is at the MD 140 & MD 27 Interchange ramps in Carroll County for a total distance of 0.78 miles. The second site is at the MD 140 & MD 97 Interchange ramps in Carroll County for a total distance of 0.67 miles. The third site is along MD 17 (Petersville Road) in Frederick County for a total distance of 0.07 miles. The work will consist of the following: (a) Detours and Maintenance of Traffic (b) Portland Cement Concrete Pavement Repairs (c) Joint Sealing of Portland Cement Concrete Pavement (d) Portland Cement Concrete Spall Repairs (e) Diamond Grinding
