| Description | The Work consists of: Removal of existing roof systems and replacement with insulation, cover board and a PVC/TPA membrane roofing system. The work area is approximately 50,000 SF of roofing. The roofing working is designated into 3 separate work areas as indicated on the plans. Roof Area 1 is the roof over spaces including the Culinary Arts/Hospitality, Boiler Room, Cafeteria and Main Lobby. This roof has had all of the existing roofing system removed and a temporary membrane is in place. Roof Area 2 is the remainder of the low roof and Roof Area 3 is the Auditorium Roof. The existing roof deck is concrete on the low roof and believed to be concrete plank on the auditorium. |
