DPW Alling Memorial Golf Course - Clubhouse Renovations

This project includes the renovation of an existing one story building. The work generally includes, but is not necessary limited to the following major elements: 1. Removal of existing building materials and components, including portions of the building structure, selected interior partitions and finishes, interior doors and frames, shelving and casework, kitchen equipment, plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems, portions of the building shell including siding, windows, exterior doors, main entry steps, and roof. 2. Removal of existing interior bookshelf units, built-in furniture, and casework. 3. Installation of new concrete foundations and slabs at clubhouse. 4. Construction of new roof including roof structure over clubhouse, porticos and covered ramps. 5. Installation of new building materials and components, including selected interior partitions and finishes, interior doors and frames, shelving and casework, kitchen equipment, plumbing, mechanical and electrical systems, portions of the building shell including siding, windows, exterior doors, and main entry steps. 6. Offsite legal disposal of all removed materials.
