Student Health Care Center

The new 3 story facility will include approximately 53,000 GSF and will be located on the campus of the University of Florida in Gainesville. The facility will have all the current functions of the existing SHCC, including Primary Medical, Women’s Clinic and Psychiatric Care. Added services will include Sports Medicine, Acute Care, X-Ray, Physical Therapy, and other ancillary services. The construction budget is $18,500,000 which includes the steam and chilled water infrastructure. The scope of services shall include design phase peer review, Maintenance of the Owner’s Project Requirements (OPR), development of the Commissioning Plan, Commissioning Specifications and Systems Manual, construction phase pre-functional, functional, and performance testing for mechanical, electrical, building automation, and building envelope systems.
