2021 Street Reconstruction Steven Street and Elm Street

The work consists of reconstructing Steven Street (Wallace Street to Jean Street) and Elm Street (S. Washington Street to Williams Street), including new concrete streets (currently asphalt), curb and gutter, driveway aprons, sidewalks and associated grass restoration. The project includes approximately 7,770 square yards of concrete street pavement, 196 tons of HMA pavement, 2,650 linear feet of concrete curb and gutter, 15,460 square feet of concrete driveway aprons, 18,780 square feet of concrete sidewalks and 3,515 square yards of grass restoration. An Alternate Bid is also included to reconstruct Prospect Street (currently asphalt) from the railroad tracks near Elm Street to the bridge east of park Street. The Alternate Bid includes approximately 8,935 square yards of concrete street pavement and miscellaneous sidewalk and curb & gutter replacement.
