Sewer Service Pump Replacements

**As of March 30,2023, bid over budget. No definite date for the rebid.** The Project includes the following Work: Installation of eighteen (18) 1000-gallon septic tanks with lift station, two (2) 1000-gallon H20 septic tanks, two (2) H20 pump chambers and appurtenances, including check-valves. Installations shall include approximately 185 LF of 4-inch, SCH 40 PVC pipe and fittings , twenty (20) cleanouts (with cover) for building sewer to septic tanks. Installations shall incde1200 LF of 2" force main and fittings, and all other appurtenances to make a complete sewer service line connection from the septic tanks or pump chambers to the existing sewer main. Force main installation at each home shall include a shutoff valve enclosed in it's own compartment, outside septic tanks and pump chambers. Abandonment and removal of twenty (20) existing grinder pumps and associated chambers. Existing force main/force main connections associated with each home will be adequately disconnected and sealed. Rerouting of internal plumbing is required. Bids are requested for a single prime Contract.

Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Ponds and Reservoirs.
Division 35 -	Waterway and Marine Construction, Shoreline Protection, Waterway Construction and Equipment.
