Description

Scope of Work of the Contract includes a new roadway connection from the Katy Boardwalk District to Kingsland Boulevard. The distance of the new roadway is approximately 710 linear feet from Kingsland Boulevard to Boardwalk Drive. The roadway design is a two-lane concrete roadway with parking areas adjacent to the roadway. In addition to the roadway improvements, the project includes a water line extension and a wastewater line extension to serve the future development in the area.
