48-inch Transmission Line/Canyon 36" - 4045 - City of Provo

Description and Justification: Build 48-inch water transmission line from Gillispie Wier house to main reservoirs to provide additional capacity as well as backup to existing 48-inch transmission line. Continue main line improvements up Provo Canyon to improve pressure and reduce need for pump stations and associated long-term maintenance costs. The project is included in the city's 2023-2027 Capital Improvement Program (CIP). As of May 8, 2023, further details regarding design and construction have not been identified.* *Project information has been obtained through a public capital improvement plan (CIP).
