Prospective firms (or “Bidders”) to provide reclamation services for the COGCC at Project Locations in Rio Blanco County approximately six miles west of the Town of Meeker. Wells were formerly operated by Petrohunter Operating Company (COGCC Operator Number 10200). The surface of the land shall be restored as nearly as practicable to its condition at the commencement of drilling operations (i.e., consistent with the contour and vegetative conditions surrounding the Project Locations). |
