Description

The project involves asbestos remediation and reconstruction throughout the building and includes removal of the existing interior materials and finished to accommodate remediation resulting is the building accentually being gutted. Interior materials and finishes including, but not limited to flooring, drywall, windowsills, door trim, and limited suspended ceiling components will be removed and replaced “in-kind” to match existing before remediation. Building systems devices including, but not limited to electrical, lighting, mechanical, plumbing, telecom and alarms will be temporarily removed and/or supported and then reinstalled after remediation and reconstruction.
