| Description | The project is comprised of the demolition and replacement of approximately 17,952 Linear Feet of fencing within designated areas of the Foxridge General Improvement District, located within the City of Centennial, Colorado. The existing fence, to be replaced, is a mix of 5’ and 6’ Cedar fence and split rail fencing. These fences are to be demolished and replaced with Seclusions Composite Fencing by Trex where there is a 5’ or 6’ fence, and new wooden split rail fences where there is existing split rail fencing. Work includes, but is not limited to, demolition and general construction as well as other work specifically noted in the contract documents. |
