| Description | As of November 15, 2023, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established. a. The Work includes 1) Replacement of existing galvanized steel cold water piping. Installation of new piping prior to demolition of active mains. Removal of all obsolete piping. Replacement of aging valves in the hot and cold water system. Select underslab sanitary work to fix known issues. Replacement of flooring in areas of underslab work. Select above ceiling sanitary work to fix known issues/leaks. Abatement of select valves and flooring mastic. All work required for installation in an active facility, including but not limited to covering of furniture, ceiling/grid removal and reinstallation, support of existing infrastructure, phasing work in an occupied hospital, and night shift work.
