Pavement Preservation 2023

This project involves the furnishing of all materials, labor, equipment, tools, etc. unless otherwise specified, for the preservation of various streets utilizing crack seal, micro-resurfacing, cape seal, asphalt rejuvenation, throughout the City of Durham. Each bidder must be licensed under Chapter 87 of the North Carolina General Statutes. The City Council of the City of Durham reserves the right to reject any or all of the Bids. All bids must include a noncollusion affidavit To ensure that all bidders are kept up to date on any addenda, changes, or information notices, please send an e-mail to tyler.cloutier@durhamnc.gov indicating your intention to prepare a bid for the project. Failure to complete this step may render your bid as nonresponsive. Emailed or fax delivery of bids will not be accepted. There is no Pre-Bid Conference Bidders may attend the opening of bids.
