Engineering Services - Statewide

The Fund is seeking proposals from engineering consultant to provide a variety of engineering and construction administration services for its various campuses throughout New York State throughout the State. It Is the Fund`s intent to enter into term consulting contracts with multiple firms statewide. Selection as a consultant does not guarantee that future work will be awarded. Services may include but are not limited to: engineering design services for renovations, modifications and reconfigurations of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, ventilation, fire protection and/or communications systems in existing SUNY hospital, academic, research, service and facilities buildings, some of which may be historic, and related architectural services. During construction, provide field administration, inspection, progress reports and manage biweekly progress meetings.
