Oak Hill Demolition

Demolition of the apartment buildings located following the removal of asbestos and other hazardous materials from the property. Work includes the removal from the work site of all debris and material. Requests for information related to this RFP should be directed to: Andrew Niiro, Engineer I Telephone: (816) 892-1293 E-Mail: aniiro@belton.org The Site consists of two approximately 4,992 square foot (ft2) single story apartment buildings constructed in 1965. Each building contains eight residential units comprised of a main living room, kitchen area with one bathroom, and one bedroom. The buildings are concrete slab-on grade wood and concrete block construction with shingle covered gable style roof. A crawl space is present above the slab and extends the length of the building. The Interior of the building consists of wood paneling on wood framed walls with plywood flooring covered by areas of carpet, exposed plywood and sheet flooring, except for Rooms 104 and 111, which contain drywall and ceilings. The exterior is constructed of wood materials.
