2022 Roadway Pavement Restoration Improvement Project

Township of Maple Shade Burlington County, New Jersey Bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and the name of the bid on the outside addressed to the Township Clerk, Andrea McVeigh, Maple Shade Municipal Building, 200 Stiles Avenue, Maple Shade, New Jersey 08052 and shall be delivered on or before May 5th, 2020 at 10:00 a.m.. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of P.L. 1975, c. 125, N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq. The Township of Maple Shade shall have sixty days (60) within which to accept or reject bids. Submitted bidders shall be required to keep their bids open for that period of time and agree that they will not withdraw or reverse their prices therein. The signed proposal forms and bid security must be delivered to the place on or before the hour named above. The right is reserved to reject any or all proposals, in whole or in part, or to make awards to such bidder or bidders who, in the judgment of the Township Council makes the most advantageous bid and to waive such informalities as may be permitted by law.

Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Operation and Maintenance of Exterior Improvements, Flexible Paving, Asphalt Paving, Rigid Paving, Concrete Paving, Paving Specialties, Pavement Markings.
Division 33 -	Utilities, Storm Drainage Utilities, Storm Drainage Structures.
Division 34 -	Transportation, Operation and Maintenance of Transportation.
