Description

The project will consist of performing various HVAC replacements to the building, including, but not limited to, replacement of an existing dual temperature HVAC system consisting of outside air units, air-cooled chillers, natural gas-fired boilers, fan coil units, ductwork, exhaust systems, pumps, piping, and insulation. The project will also include installation of a new building automation system. The successful firm will provide all necessary architectural and engineering services necessary for this work to include design, procurement, and construction administration
