Rolled Certified Celebration Bermuda Sod - Annual Contract

Rolled Certified Celebration Bermuda Sod - Annual Contract It is the intent of Charlotte County to secure a firm price for the annual contract for the supply, delivery and installation of Rolled Certified Celebration Bermuda Sod for various athletic fields on an as required basis. It is the specific purpose of this bid to establish a conditional contract for the required materials and services, to secure the cost and availability from sources of supply that will give prompt and convenient service. Bidders shall bid unit prices. The prices bid shall include costs for all items/ materials, equipment, labor, transportation, delivery, construction equipment, machinery, tools and incidentals necessary for completion of the work. Bidders shall bid unit prices. These prices shall be considered firm from October 1, 2022, through and including September 30, 2023. This bid shall be extended/renewed for two (2) additional one (1) year periods, by mutual agreement, provided there are no changes in terms, conditions and prices.
