| Description | Work to be performed under this project includes, but is not necessarily limited to the following: 1. The removal of the existing natural gas-fired, cast-iron sectional boiler, and installation of two new natural gas-fired Aerco boilers and boiler appurtenances. 2. The two new Aerco boilers have been pre-purchased by the University. 3. The project also includes the replacement of two heating hot water pumps, one chilled water pump, one condenser water pump, and one common spare pump to back-up the chilled water and condenser water pumps. |
