| Description | Janitorial Services for the Hart County Health Department Please submit bids for 2 schedules: Cleaning two (2) days per week Cleaning four (4) days per week All bidding entities must comply with District 2 Public Health policies and procedures and be able to provide three references and examples of your work upon request. The contractor agrees to furnish supervision, labor, and equipment where applicable that is necessary to honor the contract. Cleaning supplies will be furnished except for floor maintenance equipment and supplies. The entity/individual awarded the contract must provide a certificate of insurance, E-Verify statement, and W-9. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 30 days after time has been called on the date of opening. |
