HVAC and Electrical Repairsat LASA

ELECTRICAL SCOPE: Replace Existing Panels as noted in Project Forms 1-7 Electrical Support for replacement of existing HVAC units. These are essentially for one replacement, no new electrical UNO MECHANCAL/CONTROLS SCOPE: Replace the following rooftop units and air handlings units. Provide BacNET / TRIDIUM DDC controls and integrate into existing building Tridium BacNET controls system. Re-insulate and support existing ductwork on roof. Replace sections of ductwork as noted on the drawings. Provide Tridium BacNET DDC controls for the existing air handler AHU-SCI. Install motorized dampers in ductwork. Provide Tridium BacNET DDC controls for the existing air handler AHU-5. Install motorized dampers in ductwork. Replace all primary, secondary, and condenser water pumps for the chilled water system (Total of 8). Provide new VFDs as noted on the drawings.
