| Description | Pennsylvania College of Technology is seeking bids for: Ceiling and Lighting Upgrades by One Contractor in an area totaling approx. 12,000 sf. Prospective bidders will meet in the lobby of ATHS, 206 College Avenue, Williamsport. Each bid shall be accompanied by a certified check, cashier s check, or bid bond of an approved Surety Company, in an amount of not less than of the amount of the proposal. Check or bond shall be drawn in favor of Pennsylvania College of Technology. This project is a project constituting public works and is subject to applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act, Act of August 15, 1961, P.L. as amended and supplemented. Bids must be in a sealed envelope, plainly marked BID FOR CEILING & LIGHTING UPGRADES AT ATHS and be in the hands of the undersigned at the stated date and time, when bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The College reserves the right to waive any informalities in bidding, reject any or all bids, select a single item from any bid, or accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the College. |
